The Silver Valley
is the richest primary silver producing mining region
in the world. As the center of the mining district and a hub of
commerce, Wallace earned the title of the Silver Capital of the World
decades ago.
In just one hundred twenty-eight years, over 1.2 BILLION Troy ounces of
silver have been produced from mines in this valley,
along with 8.4 million tons of lead and 3.3 million tons of zinc.
More than five hundred thousand Troy ounces of gold and over two hundred thousand tons
of copper have been produced from these mines as well. At the beginning of 2010,
about 700 people work in Silver Valley mines, where another billion ounces
of silver waits to be extracted from thousands of feet below the surface.
With yearly revenues close to $190 million,
Coeur d'Alene Mines Corporation is one of the world's leading silver
Companies and also a significant gold producer. Exploration and production

On June 1, 2006, Coeur d'Alene Mines sold its Galena Mine and Mill,

primary silver producer in the U.S., with exploration properties and
operating mines in four world-class silver mining districts in the U.S.
and Mexico. The company's common stock has been traded on the New York
Stock Exchange for over 40 years.
New Jersey Mining Company is exploring for and developing gold, silver
and base metal ore resources in the Coeur d’Alene Mining District of
northern Idaho and western Montana.
The Company has a joint venture with Marathon Gold Corporation at the
Golden Chest gold mine near Murray, Idaho, and an ore processing joint
venture with United Mining Group at its New Jersey mill near Kellogg, Idaho.
The Company’s portfolio of mineral properties also includes: the Niagara
copper-silver deposit, the Toboggan gold exploration project, the Silver
Strand mine, and several other exploration prospects.
The Company’s strategy is to explore for gold, silver and base metal
deposits in the Coeur d’Alene Mining District, a world class mining
district, by forming joint ventures with other companies who earn their
interest in the property by contributing cash.
Established in 1969 as a silver exploration, development and production
company, Shoshone Silver/Gold is located in Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho.
Shoshone operated its Lakeview District mines and Lakeview mill in northern
Idaho, successfully producing silver, gold, and base metals for much of
the decade that followed.
With the decline of silver and other metal prices in the 1980’s,
Shoshone began to focus on acquiring new properties and diversifying its
interests while still developing its Lakeview properties. During this
period of time, the Company remained viable when many other mining
companies had to close their doors. Shoshone increased its inventory
of mining equipment for the future and kept its corporate debt level
to a minimum.
In March 2009, the Company acquired Kimberly Gold Mines, Inc. and its
exceptional portfolio of gold properties in central Idaho and central
Washington. After the addition of the Kimberly gold properties to
Shoshone's existing gold properties, the Company changed its name from
Shoshone Silver Mining Company to Shoshone Silver/Gold Mining Company.
In April of 2010, Shoshone regained the status of being a production
company once more. Shoshone signed a contract with a smelter in Canada
to process the silver concentrates being produced by Shoshones Lakeview,
Idaho mill.
In summary, Shoshone is a company with an impressive portfolio of
properties, including approximately 1,904 acres (780 hectares) in its
Silver Division, approximately 2,245 acres (908 hectares) in its
Gold Division, and approximately 200 acres (80 hectares) of Potential
Platinum/Polymetallic properties. Shoshone has two operational ore
processing mills: one for silver and one for gold, minimal corporate debt,
a large inventory of mining equipment owned by the company, and top
management with over 106 years of mining industry experience.
U.S. Silver & Gold is a new company built for growth.
Formed through the merger of US Silver and RX Gold & Silver,
they are the second largest primary silver producer in the United States.
With a current annual rate of silver production of 2.7 million ounces,
they expect to grow to 5 million ounces by 2014. Their growth will be
driven by taking advantage of operational efficiencies, near-term
development of key assets, and disciplined execution of their acquisition
strategy.

US Silver & Gold Corp. owns and operates the
Galena Mine and Mill in the historic Silver
Valley of North Idaho.
Total production has exceeded 220 million ounces of silver, 161 million
pounds of copper, and 28 million pounds of lead from 7 million tons of ore.
On June 1, 2006, the
Coeur Mine and Mill

These properties are currently being taken back into production.
The Drumlummon Gold and Silver Mine near Helena Montana
was acquired by
merger with RX Gold & Silver, Inc., finalized August 15, 2012.
Drumlummon has historically produced 1 million ounces of gold and 12
million ounces of silver. The company’s 2012 plans estimates production
of 110,000 tons of ore at 0.25%/t gold and 4 oz/t silver.
Premium Exploration, Inc. is a Canadian-based
Explorer and Developer of North American Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium.
With ongoing exploration to develop a multi-million ounce gold target, Premium is on its way to revitalizing the historic Orogrande Shear Zone gold district in central Idaho.
